Our Staff

Mrs Arbon is the Vice Principal of Queensway Infant and Junior Academies and has been a committed and dedicated member of the Queensway team for nine years. She teaches across all year groups, from Reception to Year 6, and is passionate about helping every child reach their full potential. Mrs Arbon strives to instil a love of learning in all pupils and to build their confidence so they believe in themselves and what they can achieve.

Mrs Arbon oversees and leads all curriculum subjects and is dedicated to ensuring that learning is engaging, broad, and balanced. She firmly believes that all children should enjoy their primary school experience and feel happy, valued, and inspired every day. She is committed to supporting all children to access learning and to building a school community that is inclusive of everyone.

Mrs Arbon is also deeply committed to building strong relationships with families, believing that a close partnership between home and school is key to supporting every child’s success.
